What is an Electronic Alumni Labor Exchange (E-labor Exchange)?
Electronic Labor Exchange is a virtual facility for Turkmenistan
Alumni of all programs funded through the Bureau of Educational
and Cultural Affairs (ECA) of the US Department of State. It
is designed to help alumni professional development by providing
them with job placement services.
Who are the ECA Alumni?
“ECA Alumni" is a term used to specify recipients of U.S.
Government scholarships/grants, who successfully have completed
their exchange programs, to include:
Future Leaders Exchange Program (FLEX) Alumni |

High school exchange (17 years old or older)

Fluent Spoken English
Enthusiastic, open-minded
Excellent computer skills
Fast learners

Undergraduate Program Alumni |
|
-
First and second year undergraduate students (now 19
years old or older)
-
Fields: agriculture, American studies, business, computer
science, economics, education, environmental management,
international relations, journalism/ communications,
political science and sociology.

Most are currently finishing University or have already
started working
-
Some have interned while in the US
-
Excellent language proficiency, computer skills, communicative
and leadership skills
